  • Where does Youhosty operate?

    Youhosty operates in the city of Milan but we are about to open also in Rome, Venice and Florence. If you have a house in those cities or in others and would like to be able to use our service, let us know using the form you find in the "contact us" section of our website.

  • How does Youhosty work?

    We offer you high-quality service packages so that you no longer have to think about managing your home. First we create and take care of the profiles of your apartment to rent through the best known specialized platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Homeaway, Expedia etc.), then we manage the whole part of welcoming the guest and rearranging the apartment for the next booking . With Youhosty, all you have to do is relax, we'll take care of the management of your rentals!

  • What makes Youhosty different from other short-term rental companies?

    Youhosty takes care of the maintenance and care of your apartment. It is no coincidence that the reviews of the apartments managed on our portals are much higher than the market average. In particular, we always carry out a personal check-in to check that everything is working perfectly before the guests arrive, we have a 24-hour concierge service with ancillary services such as rental with driver and sightseeing tours to guarantee the most pleasant stay for guests.

  • How much does Youhosty cost?

    Our all-inclusive services start at €19.90 per month, VAT included. We provide the creation of the profile for the various online platforms, the management of reservations and collections, the personal check-in and check-out, the cleaning and laundry activity with the supply of a welcome kit for the guest, minor maintenance interventions.   • How can I use your service?

    Using Youhosty is very simple. Fill out our contact form in the "contact us" section. We will only ask you to send us the documents to prove your identity and the availability of your apartment, scheduling an inspection by our expert together. Once these checks have been made, we will proceed to activate the service in just a few days.

  • Who can use the services provided by Youhosty?

    Anyone who wants to rent out their property in order to obtain additional income.

  • Is there a minimum duration for the rental of the apartment?

    We do not bind the service to a minimum duration. Upon your indication, we will be able to accept bookings even for just one day. If you wish, we can also take care of the management of rentals for up to a maximum of 18 months, with the same care and maintenance that we adopt for short-term rentals.

  • How does the short-term rental tax work?

    The legislation provides that the manager who collects the collections pays the flat rate coupon on the same monthly. Youhosty does this, so you can save yourself the expense of your tax advisor.

  • How do check-in and check-out work?

    Our employees will take care of the guest from the moment they enter, providing a high quality reception service. At the end of the stay, our staff will carry out an inspection and carry out all the check-out procedures.

  • Are reports to the police station and the municipality included in your services?

    Certainly, as per the law, we provide for the identification of the people arriving at our apartments, we collect the relative tourist tax and pay it to the municipality.

  • Is the maintenance of the apartment included?

    Up to €100 a month, Youhosty guarantees you the maintenance of your apartment. We operate directly, in the most timely manner possible, to guarantee the least possible inconvenience to guests and always perfect maintenance of your property.

  • What if the guest damages the property?

    No problem. When the property is rented, the platforms insurance policy covers any damages. Furthermore, Youhosty takes care of calculating a security deposit commensurate with the type of property leased and the period of stay of the guest which will be directly withheld at the time of booking. In addition, we always check that between the exit and entry phases the apartment maintains the delivery conditions. In the event of any damage, we will take care of contacting the platforms to activate the refund procedure.
